Video captured a trio of unlikely pranksters ringing the doorbell of a home in San Bernardino County before running away. Three bears were seen on a Yucaipa home’s Ring Doorbell system as they ambled onto the front porch at around 12:45 a.m. As one of the furry rogues nears the doorbell, it gets on its hind legs and begins sniffing, scratching and licking the doorbell camera, giving the residents a closeup look of the perpetrator's snoot. A Yucaipa home's Ring Doorbell system captured one of two bears ringing their doorbell in the early morning hours. The bear momentarily pulls back and glances at what’s behind him or her, perhaps to see if its partners wants in on the fun. The bear then returns its attention to the doorbell, gives it another good lick and activates the doorbell’s chimes. Almost as if it’s waiting to see if someone will answer the door, the bear pauses - Halloween is just around the corner after all - before giving the camera another few scratches and then f...Joshua Wood Dead, Alied Gonzalez-Nunez Arrested after DUI Crash on South Nellis Boulevard [Las Vegas, NV]

By Vanessa Yurkevich and Chris Isidore | CNNFord and the United Auto Workers union reached a tentative labor deal, according to the union. It is an important first step in ending the union’s unprecedented strike against three major US automakers.“Our Stand Up strike has delivered,” UAW president Shawn Fain declared in a video posted on X, formerly known as Twitter.“Ford knew what was coming for them on Wednesday if we didn’t get a deal. That was checkmate. On day 40 of the Stand Up strike, we reached a historic agreement,” Fain added. The agreement will not go into effect until the 57,000 UAW rank-and-file members at Ford ratify the deal, a process that is likely to take more than a week. And it will not mean an end to the strike at rivals General Motors and Stellantis. But it will step up pressure on those two automakers to reach their own deal with the union. The deal is expected to give UAW members pay increases starting at 25% over the next four-and-a-half years, until the tentati...Biden condemns retaliatory attacks by Jewish settlers

RICHMOND — When officials in this city of only 115,000 people announced they would be voting on a resolution to support Palestinians living in Gaza amid the worst outbreak of violence between Israel and Hamas in decades, it drew hundreds of people to Tuesday’s city council meeting. The Richmond City Council cleared its entire Tuesday night schedule to discuss the controversial stance, which protests what the resolution characterizes as an ongoing campaign of ethnic cleansing, collective punishment and war crimes by the state of Israel.
