ST. LOUIS - A 34-year-old man died after a fatal crash in Downtown St. Louis. Police say the man was speeding on 14th Street at around 3:30 a.m. in a 2005 Chevrolet Monte Carlo when he ran a red light at Clark and hit a box truck. The car spun around and slammed into a fire hydrant. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The box truck driver was taken to the hospital to be treated for minor injuries. The busy intersection has reopened after a deadly crash near Enterprise Center. Police had 14th and Clark shutdown for about four hours. The entrance to get on westbound I-64 was also blocked off. People who live in the area believe the car may have been speeding and running red lights before the crash happened, but police have not confirmed that. ST. LOUIS – A Missouri teacher who was suspended for maintaining an OnlyFans page has now resigned. According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, high school English teacher Brianna Coppage, 28, has "decided to move in a different direction." ST. LOUIS – A man from Jennings, Missouri has been sentenced to 51 months in prison for his involvement in preparing at least 23 fake tax returns. He is also facing an order to repay $85,584 to the IRS. Darius D. Cobb ppled guilty in April to two felony counts related to aiding in the preparation of false and fraudulent tax returns.Cobb had prepared over 200 tax returns for the tax years 2017 and 2018, and at least 23 of these returns contained false information. That included fabricated W-2 forms with incorrect wages and withholdings, deceptive Schedule C forms, and fraudulent claims for the American Opportunity Credit. Disneyland raised prices on nearly all park tickets Wednesday, including its popular Magic Key annual passes. The cheapest one-day ticket remains at $104 per day, but the most expensive one-day "peak" ticket increased from $179 to $194 for a one-park pass.
